Note-This only works for windows 7 and below and you should be a administrator.

This is a very easy process to gain your childs or employees password.

Step 1:
You should be a administrator first.

Step 2:
Open CMD

Step 3:
Type net user
click enter

Step 4:
Now type: net user <username> <newpassword>

Note:Don't include < >.In <username>type the account name which you want access and in <newpassword> type the password you want to set.
